In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the company's on-site office meeting in 2014 and the company's work meeting in 2015, strengthen the centralized and unified leadership of company reform and development, establish a highly information-based scientific research operation system with rapid research and approval capability and a scientific research management system with rapid research transfer production, the company has established six leading groups or working groups for reform and development.
