During Nov.7 to 27, the company successfully held 14 on-site office meetings for 2014. The company president Li Boliang and the related functional department leaders all attended the meeting.
At the meeting, each department reported the "highlights" and "5 points" of the year and the work plan of 2015. After listening to the reports of all departments, the heads of all functional departments of the company gave pertinent suggestions and opinions. In the end, manager Li affirmed the work of all departments in 2014, and made requirements for the overall work in 2015. Meanwhile, he further proposed that "Huadong is developing, and management should be ahead", and stressed that all departments should carry out all work in 2015 by promoting "reform and innovation" and improving "risk awareness".
In this meeting, there were highlights in the report and ideas for solving problems. Each department has a more comprehensive and deeper understanding of the work of the next stage.
